Qualifications
The Financial Controller is directly accountable to the General Manager, and a key role in our hotels leadership team. You will oversee the hotel's financial performance, evaluating key performance indicators and advise department leaders how to meet, and exceed financial targets. The primary responsibilities of the role include:
- Overall management of budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the hotel, including analysis and reporting for monthly and yearly results.
- Monthly analysis and reporting of results, forecast, and P&L.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory systems and standards.
- Provide appropriate training to hotel leaders & the finance team to ensure accuracy and financial integrity at all levels.
