Our client, a growing manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their senior leadership team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead the finance function, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain financial controls, and provide commercial insight to support business growth. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams while leading a small finance team.
Duties:
·Lead monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
·Maintain strong financial controls and statutory compliance.
·Manage cash flow, working capital, inventory and fixed assets.
