Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight & Planning
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor cash flow, capital allocation, and financial health
- Oversee inventory management systems
Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements
- Manage internal and external audits
Cost Management
- Control and optimize departmental costs
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Promote accountability and performance
