Financial Controller (Ladron De Guevara)

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English (Finance)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing accounting for business units in the U.S. (California, Texas, and South Carolina)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Financial reporting and management expertise
• Advanced Excel skills

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, costs, inventories, and revenue recognition
• Lead budgeting and financial forecasting, reporting deviations
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
• Develop and implement accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
