Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing plant hire company managing a fleet of approximately 100 earthmoving and construction machines seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Financial Controller / Finance Manager to take full ownership of their finance office, tighten internal controls, and optimize the financial performance of their fleet asset lifecycle.   Role Overview This is not a passive desk only accounting role. You will run the entire financial function, translating workshop and fleet realities into clean, strategic financial data.
