Carlo is a fintech startup on a mission to strengthen local economies through payments, cash back, and rewards. We build technology that helps cities and communities thrive, connecting consumers with the independent merchants that give a place its character.
We're a team of around 20 people, headquartered in Monaco with offices in Aix‑en‑Provence, Bordeaux, and Barcelona. We're bootstrapped, founder‑led, and proud of it. We operate in Monaco, France, and Spain, and we're building something that genuinely matters for local communities.
The Role
This is a new role, created because we are scaling seriously across multiple entities and markets and we need someone who can own our financial backbone end to end.
