This role will support the CFO and finance team across a range of strategic initiatives and business-as-usual finance operations at this pivotal stage of their growth.. The business is experiencing significant expansion, including active acquisitions and this opportunity has strong potential for growth The Role Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the wider finance team, you will oversee a small team and play a key role in strengthening financial processes and supporting growth initiatives. The focus of the role includes finance process improvement, year-end reporting, budgeting, audit readiness, and supporting M&A activity including integration of acquired entities, alongside other strategic finance projects.
