Financial Controller
Company: Al Ghurair Facility Management
Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
- Proven experience handling month‑end close and delivering management accounts independently
- Hands‑on ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly preferred
- UAE experience with strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Experience leading a small finance team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close, management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory/VAT compliance
- Strengthen controls across AP, AR, payroll, treasury, and reconciliations
