Financial Controller — Solana Rooftop Madrid

The role

You will be the financial anchor of a high‑volume premium rooftop operating inside an institutional real estate and hotel environment. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership — not a corporate seat. You will oversee the books, control costs, partner with the Head of Operations on daily operational decisions, and report into both local leadership and the parent company.

• Oversight of the external accounting firm responsible for the monthly close under Spanish GAAP (PGC), including review of accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting
