Serve as accounting and finance lead. Own financial reporting, cash‑flow forecasting, multi‑location inventory accounting, and process design as we implement and roll‑out our new Odoo ERP system. Work closely with our CFO to deliver accurate, timely financial information; also handling AR/AP responsibilities and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month‑end close, account reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Simplify and standardize our accounting processes to improve accuracy and reporting cadence.
- Manage cash flow, AR/AP, and prepare rolling cash‑flow forecasts; flag and explain variances.
- Own manufacturing and inventory accounting (standard costing and related variances, reconciliations, valuation) and work with operations to ensure an accurate and efficient integration of manufacturing and financial subsystems.
