Your Role
- To lead the Site Finance overall financial strategy, governance and performance management
- To ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, long‑term sustainability, and value creation by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to Key Management, General Manager (GM) and Operation Team
- To drive financial planning, risk management, capital expenditures optimization and operational efficiency to support ST business goals and profitability
- To engage and negotiate with Philippines local authorities, including tax agencies and regulatory bodies to secure favorable tax incentives and ensure adherence to all local laws and regulations
- As a member of the management team, the position formulates policies, procedures, and improvement plans to successfully drive long and short‑term strategies
Your Skills & Experiences
- Master degree in Management for at least a CPA graduate
