Financial Control and Operations, Manager

Veremark is a fast-growing background screening company with multi-entity operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, UAE, US, and ANZ. Following a period of significant growth and acquisition activity, we are building out a high-performing finance function to match our ambitions.

As Financial Control & Operations Manager, you will own the integrity and efficiency of Veremark's core accounting and finance operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role — you will directly manage a team of three accountants covering the UK/MY, PH/ANZ/UAE and SG/US entities, and be the primary point of accountability for month‑end close, AP/AR, payroll accounting, tax and statutory reporting, and financial controls.

You will work closely with the VP Finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure the books are clean, close cycles run on time, and the team operates with clarity and accountability.
