Job Responsibilities
- Engage with invested entities and related companies to review operating and financial performance
- Monitor operational KPIs and analyze performance gaps
- Prepare and present regular updates on performance and related projects
- Review annual budgets, including capital expenditure plans, and support management approval processes
- Conduct financial performance analysis (budget vs. actual)
- Manage corporate administrative tasks and shareholder matters
- Collaborate across departments to oversee various aspects of company operations
