We are seeking an individual to join our Real Estate Valuations & Modelling team as a Financial Analyst in Toronto.

We are looking for driven candidates with a foundational understanding of valuation concepts and a strong willingness to learn.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical expertise and gain hands‑on experience in delivering high‑quality valuation services.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Work extensively with Excel to perform complex financial analysis.
• Develop proficiency with BDO’s real estate valuation workbooks, mapping, and research programs.
• Conduct market research and collect/collate relevant sales comparables.
• Carry out land use research, including mapping, usage, official plans, and zoning by‑laws.
• Participate in site inspections as required (some travel may be necessary).
