The Financial Analyst’s role (Corporate Finance) is to support the Finance Manager with day‑to‑day financial reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, assisting with statutory accounts completion and audit.
Functions
- Month end closure - Prepare month‑end journals, accruals, and reconciliation.
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accurate coding of financial transactions.
- Be responsible for balance sheet accounts and reconcile these monthly.
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and loan accounts.
- Calculation of monthly, quarterly and yearly commission calculations.
- Assist with consolidation of group accounts.
- Assist with the Group’s compliance requirements as required.
- Assist with audits - monthly basis.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Other tasks as required by the finance business partner and FP&A manager.
