Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Financial Analyst – Development Reporting to support our development reporting function across multiple joint ventures and markets. This role is responsible for consolidating development‑related financial data, performing reconciliations and variance analyses, and producing monthly and quarterly reports that help drive strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including finance, accounting, design & construction, and asset management—to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of development reporting. This position requires strong financial analytical skills, technical proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
