HYVE Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Planning & Analysis professional to develop forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
Responsibilities- Prepare reports, schedules and analyses that facilitate insightful reporting on outlook, forecast, and actual performance.
- Work closely with sales and operations to understand the business and to assist in development of forecast and annual operating plan.
- Develop processes to analyze actual performance relative to forecast and plan.
- Work with sales, operations, and finance to develop and implement action items to address performance issues stemming from analysis.
- Develop ad-hoc reporting and analysis on specific P&L drivers.
- Develop, maintain and interpret analyses and reconciliations of customer specific commodity pricing programs.
