Job Description
AR (Accounts Receivable)
- Analyze the accounts receivable portfolio;
- Perform collection activities for overdue invoices;
- Issue payment slips (boletos) when applicable;
- Grant discounts/extensions to customers;
- Assist in setting up credit terms and limits;
- Analyze and release billing orders when necessary.
AP (Accounts Payable)
- Analyze invoices and schedule payments according to due dates;
