About the Role

As ATB Wealth’s next Financial Advisor in our Wealth Advice Centre, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing clients through various digital channels, including inbound and outbound calls, video meetings, and email. You will uncover client needs, provide investment advice, deliver financial education, and source sales opportunities through internal partnerships and suitability conversations.

Accountabilities

• Provide exceptional client experience and meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Be an expert in the benefits, features, and operational processes of the ATB Wealth Advice Centre including ATB Prosper and Group Wealth Services product offerings.
• Deliver expert financial advice and support to clients through a variety of digital channels in a timely manner.
• Adhere to the set working schedule built 5 weeks out in advance.
