Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ( BCom, BCom Honours, or equivalent )
- Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or SAIBA Articles advantageous, but not essential
- Experience in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, costing, or commercial finance
- Knowledge of IFRS, SOX, and/or US GAAP advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Syspro advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and provide strategic financial support to stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills
- Experience within the Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries highly advantageous
