Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Accountant with 2–3 years of experience,
preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible
for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and
financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain aging reports.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
