Job Description:
Manage financial accounting and reporting across a group of companies and business units.
Prepare and review monthly management accounts, consolidated reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage monthâend and yearâend close processes and assist with annual financial statements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
Coordinate annual audits, prepare audit files, and liaise with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, the Companies Act, and internal financial policies.
Manage VAT, PAYE, tax compliance, and regulatory submissions.
Prepare treasury reports, cash flow analyses, and support budgeting across multiple divisions.
Manage debtor and creditor reviews, ageing analysis, and related reporting.
Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
