& Requirements Who we are looking for
  • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, including consulting or finance transformation roles
  • Strong core finance expertise with a deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management operations
  • Demonstrated experience with finance technology, automation, or digital finance transformation initiatives
  • Proven consulting experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering transformation projects
  • Experience with S/4HANA implementations or finance operating model transformations is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian, with confidence presenting to senior executives
