Finance Transformation Leader | Hybrid (Remote/Onsite)

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is looking for a finance professional to oversee daily accounting operations across multiple properties. This role includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations, leading finance transformation initiatives, and developing the accounting team.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree or CPA/ACCA/CA qualification, extensive experience in finance leadership, and deep knowledge of modern finance technologies. The role offers a hybrid work model: 2–3 days in Andermatt or Altdorf and remaining time remotely.
