Finance Transformation Lead – Higher Education (Contract)
JSS are currently partnered with a Higher Education client seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to support the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model (TOM) across both professional and academic services.
This role will have a strong focus on the finance function , working closely with a broad range of stakeholders from CFO level through to Management Accountants , driving change, improving processes, and embedding new ways of working.
Key requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading finance transformation programmes
- Experience within Higher Education is highly desirable (staff and/or student lifecycle exposure)
- Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and operational teams
