Finance Technology Project Manager

Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to financial systems and accounting technologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation and stakeholder responsibilities
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and blockers, enabling timely resolution with Finance, IT, vendors and business partners
• Translate Finance process needs into clearly defined scopes, deliverables, business requirements and success criteria
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to document current and future processes, controls, roles and decision points
• Coordinate implementation activities for accounting and financial platforms such as ERPs, accounts payable automation, EPM, expense management and related systems
