**SUMMARY**:The primary objective of this role is to support the commercial business by enhancing and implementing automated electronic data transmissions for Commercial customers.This position supports AR/BI functionality by researching issues, documenting processes and working with IT to resolve functional and technical issues.This role also assists users with query and reporting services, enabling them to provide WOW customer service to Commercial customers and achieve financial objectives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Tracks requests and manages implementations for electronic data transmissions to commercial customers- Collaborates with Commercial Credit team to understand requirements and configure transmission set-up in PeopleSoft- Participates in customer phone calls when needed to determine requirements and identify potential enhancements needed to meet customer needs- Configures and tests new set-ups to insure customer requirements are met- Works with Commercial Credit and IT...
