Finance System Support Analyst

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years' hands-on NetSuite experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience working within a Finance Team or Finance Department
• Strong interest in systems, technology, and user support
• Financial Systems Support or Application Support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Understanding of finance processes such as AP, AR, General Ledger, and reporting
• Ability to support end-users and resolve system-related queries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
