• Recruit, hire, and evaluate accounting staff
• Train new hires and identify training opportunities for current staff
• Manage internal controls
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Interact with auditors
• Ensure accuracy of financial reports and statements
