At Factorial we are looking for a new Strategic Partnerships Associate to support and scale our Finance team.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Factorial's strategic partners.
• Contact partners regarding missed, overdue, or outstanding payments.
• Process payments, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and on time.
• Resolve billing inquiries and payment-related questions from partners and stakeholders.
• Investigate account history to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational and financial issues efficiently.
• Prepare reports on collection activities, payment performance, and outstanding balances.
• Contribute proactively to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
