Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs, validate assumptions, and work with IT to deliver automated finance solutions.
- Project Management: Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical billing solutions. Oversee the implementation, upgrade, or migration of billing systems and ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., SAP, BW, NM1).
- Data‑Driven Insights: Perform complex data analysis and investigations to ensure all billing transformations adhere to business processes/rules, internal financial controls, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements, while considering the future growth of the LOB and Bell.
