Finance Specialist

General Accounting: A dynamic role responsible for supporting month end closing, financial reporting, and internal controls for TaskUs’s financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform month‑end closing activities, including preparing low to medium complexity journals and flux/variance analysis.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of underlying financial data for general ledger accounts, including proper supporting documentation.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations, clearing all reconciling items and ensuring accurate balances with supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with other finance teams (AP, AR, Procurement) and departments to resolve reconciling items.
• Coordinate with external banks, vendors, and relevant teams to gather information required for month‑end close.
• Execute processes and tasks in compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
