- Perform monthly checks and reconciliation of marketing promotion area income.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and management presentation slides.
- Assist in analyzing Profit & Loss variance reports and financial performance.
- Monitor and follow up on long outstanding accrual items in the Balance Sheet.
- Compile financial information required by REIT and Headquarters.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and business plans.
