Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly internal P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the business. Coordinate and deliver monthly and quarterly financial outlooks and variance analysis.
• Develop insightful management reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. Partner with accounting team to ensure accurate month-end close and reporting processes.

Commercial Finance Support

Act as a finance business partner to Sales and Marketing teams, supporting on:

• Trade promotions planning, evaluation, and ROI analysis.
• New product launches: financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking.
• Customer and product-level profitability analysis.
• Support pricing strategy and discounting decisions with data-driven insights.
