Finance Specialist, Intercompany

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist for a permanent position to manage intercompany processes within Sanoma Learning.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing intercompany processes across multiple legal entities within Sanoma Group.

Your core responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely intragroup invoicing and reconciliations, supporting the overall financial closing and reporting processes.

Monthly Core Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany invoicing processes, ensuring correctness and completeness.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving differences in close collaboration with counterparties.
• Support the month‑end closing process, ensuring intercompany balances are properly recorded and aligned.
• Ensure that intercompany transactions are correctly reflected in reporting systems (HFM).
