Finance Specialist, Global Communications Operations

This role, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Global Communications Operations, supports the financial and operational management of Global Communications and is responsible for overseeing vendor administration, budget reporting, contract coordination, and helping execute our financial governance. The Specialist ensures accurate tracking across communications vendors, contracts, renewals, invoices, chargebacks, and monthly budget reporting while partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, and Global Communications contract owners. The role requires attention to detail, proactive stakeholder collaboration, and a solid understanding of Fieldglass and financial reconciliation processes.
