Finance Specialist (CPA)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily finance operations (such as expense tracking, expense approvals, journal entries posting, payments processing etc.), reconciliations, and period-end reporting in accordance with the reporting timeline set by Asia Finance teams.
• Prepare reporting schedules for the Group’s consolidation
• Support invoicing and monitoring of settlements of intercompany related services
• Support operating expense monitoring process (including accruals, settlement and utilization of budget)
• Liaise with external auditors or tax advisors for the annual audit and tax filings.
• Support ad hoc management reporting and development of new initiatives which may require technical accounting research
• Coordinate with Regional Office Finance and other relevant functions to deliver the aforementioned objectives
