Responsibilities
- Applies accounting rules and procedures to ensure local compliance with documented procedures and accounting standards in posting General Ledger journals (Accruals, Deferrals, Adjustments, Cross charges and Allocations).
- Ensures month‑end deadlines are consistently met to the right level of accuracy and detail.
- Prepares and reviews monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy in recording revenues, expenses and adjustments for each project, and prepares reports highlighting key issues and variances for different line and functional managers.
- Conducts financial analysis with a focus on project accounting, including analysis of monthly reports and recording of revenue and costs relevant to performance assessments of projects.
