Finance Reporting & Consolidation Manager

This role is primarily responsible for Group Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Regulatory Compliance, MIS Reporting, and Financial Analytics , with additional responsibility for overseeing the financial reporting of the Asset Management business vertical .

Experience: 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

Consolidated financial reporting -

• Prepare consolidated financial statements of the group in compliance with applicable IND AS, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Manage quarterly SEBI LODR filings and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
