Finance & Project Operations Specialist

Flourish Ventures is seeking a Project Operations Associate (Finance) in Manila to support the daily operations of development projects. Responsibilities include managing financial operations in compliance with UNDP standards, preparing budgets, and conducting procurement activities.

The candidate should have a degree in Accounting/Finance and extensive experience in project administration and financial management. Knowledge of Oracle financial systems and fluency in English and Filipino are essential.
