**What will you do**
The Transformation Office Business Analyst will be part of the Transformation Office reporting to the Plant Controller - Reynosa.
This role will impact and be directly responsible for achieving business value and outcomes through the execution milestones across the support teams.
The Transformation Office Financial Analyst will be responsible for planning, reporting, risk and issue management, monitoring and communication across Workstream teams and stakeholders.
This position will serve as point of contact for all Wave inquiries (Program Management Tool) and Sr. management steering meetings.
**How you will do it**
- Assists with managing configuration requests, custom report design and other development tasks in conjunction with our BMS Quartz initiatives.
- Detailed tracking of network optimization synergies, as well as make/buy analysis as needed.
