Finance Project & Change Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Project & Change Manager to lead and deliver strategic transformation relating to the integration of our EMEA and Australian Finance Functions. This hybrid role combines 75% project management responsibilities with 25% change management & adoption, ensuring that projects are delivered effectively while new ways of working are successfully embedded. Based in Sydney, this role operates within a complex, global environment and will work across multi-disciplinary teams to drive business value, optimise processes, and ensure change is understood, adopted, and sustained.
