Finance Plant Controller (Monterrey)

Position Overview

The principal activities of a Finance Plant Controller typically revolve around overseeing and managing the financial operations within a manufacturing plant or facility.

What you'll do

• Prepare month end close financial deck and present it to the controller and plant manager.
• Present results and variance explanations to executive management in a clear concise manner to deliver relevant, accurate and timely insights.
• Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to accurately track and allocate manufacturing costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and valuation, ensuring accuracy of inventory records, and analyzing inventory turnover and obsolescence.
• Lead the Monterrey Plant annual budget and periodic forecasts, including driving core assumptions, insights, analytics and financial models.
• Supervise a team of 2 Finance Analysts to support general Finance & Accounting functions.
