Finance Planning and Analysis Manager - Systems (Ottawa)

Role Overview

As a key member of the Strategic Finance team, you will report directly to the Finance Director and serve as the architect of our financial future. We are at a transformative juncture as we migrate from Anaplan to Pigment, and we are hiring this role to lead that transition from the ground up. This is a rare, high‑impact opportunity to own the roadmap for our core financial models, define how SurveyMonkey scales its planning capabilities, and serve as the primary technical lead and Pigment subject matter expert for a tool at the center of our global decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end migration and implementation of SurveyMonkey’s financial models from Anaplan to Pigment, ensuring data integrity and optimized architectural design.
• Architect, build, and maintain complex core models within Pigment, including consolidated P&L, workforce planning, and operational drivers to support company‑wide forecasting.
