Finance Operations Transformation Manager

T.Y. Lin International - Philippine Branch is seeking an Accounting Manager – Finance Operations & Transformation to enhance finance operations through process improvement and automation. This leadership role will support finance initiatives and provide oversight across General Ledger and Transaction Services.

With a hybrid work arrangement, candidates should have 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance operations, a strong understanding of GL and compliance reporting, and experience with ERP systems.
