Finance Operations Supervisor

As a Finance Operations Supervisor, you will work with the Finance Operations Head on day‑to‑day and operational activities including re‑assessment and implementation of procedures and policies related to sales and receivables monitoring, cost of goods sold and inventory transactions, lease monitoring, and treasury. You will also assist in handling various projects, either initiated locally or regionally.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable, Collection, Sales Invoicing and Recording

• Prepares the final sales performance report and drafts the related sales entries affecting sales performance.
• Ensures timely collection and application of accounts receivable through regular follow‑ups, coordination with distributor, and monitoring process.
• Leads alignment meetings with the Trade Distribution team (TD) to discuss any concerns and issues that will affect the release of collections from trade customers.
