Bright Capital is a leading private debt investor focused on the European lower middle market. We partner with ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams, providing flexible capital solutions that support growth, acquisitions, shareholder transitions, and long-term value creation.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will help build and scale the internal infrastructure behind our platform. This is a highly visible role offering significant ownership and direct exposure to senior decision-makers.

You will work closely with the Managing Partners and play a key role in ensuring that our financial and operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the firm's long-term ambitions.
