Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full Order-to-Purchase (O2P) process
- Support clients and manage customer relationships
- Oversee stock, inventory and warehouse controls
- Analyse sales performance and business trends
- Produce meaningful reports and operational insights
- Support warehouse quality control and process compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- Assist with automation projects and systems enhancements
- Translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Partner with operational teams to improve performance and profitability
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
- 3+ years' experience in a Finance & Operations, Commercial Finance, Operations Analyst or similar role
