Finance Operations Lead - Govt Compliance & Reporting

People's Association in Singapore is seeking a Finance Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations of the South East CDC, ensure compliance with Government/PA/CDC policies, and maintain accurate financial records and procurement controls.

You will support journal entries, budget loading, cash management, monthly schedules, and reporting, while providing guidance to staff on financial rules and liaising with auditors.
