About The Role
Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage, is hiring an Operations & Finance Associate to support the build-out and day-to-day running of our brokerage infrastructure. This is a hands-on role spanning market research, liquidity provider (LP) and payment service provider (PSP) coordination, and finance/accounts setup. You'll work closely with leadership during a key growth phase, so we're looking for someone who learns fast and executes well.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on the CFD/forex brokerage landscape, competitors, and vendor options
Support evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of Liquidity Providers (LPs)
Assist with Payment Service Provider (PSP) selection, onboarding, and integration
Support finance and accounts setup, including reconciliation and reporting (adjust to your actual scope)
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving
